A pedestrian died early Sunday after being hit by a pickup truck on the 3500 block of North Main in Belton.
Felix Martinez, 55, of Temple, was walking on the southbound lane of North Main Street at about 4:45 a.m. when a southbound pickup truck struck him.
Martinez was pronounced dead at the scene.
The pickup’s driver was uninjured. No charges have been filed.
Authorities continue their investigation into the deadly accident.
