Bill Clinton Orozco-Garcia Fled Scene After Smashing SUV into House in College Station

A teenager is facing multiple charges after running his SUV through a stop sign, crashing into a house and fled the scene.

The incident happened Wednesday morning when 17-year-old Bill Clinton Orozco-Garcia of Bryan was driving a Chevrolet Tahoe and ran a stop sign at the intersection of University Oaks Boulevard and Scarlett O’Hara. He then barrelled through a backyard and slammed into the back of a home on Magnolia Drive.

College Station police said that Orozco-Garcia fled the scene without any information. But with some description of his SUV, officers were able to find him at an apartment on Lincoln Drive.

Orozco-Garcia was charged with criminal mischief that caused between $20,000 and $100,000 in damage, a third-degree felony punishable by 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine, and the two Class B misdemeanors of driving while intoxicated and failure to stop and leave information.
