I have been an attorney at Rad Law Firm since 2007. Unlike many attorneys, I believe trial preparation begins before a lawsuit is filed. My team does not hesitate to aggressively implement strategy from the beginning of a case to achieve maximum results. I am committed to my clients’ needs and dedicated to ensuring justice is served.
I am fluent in Spanish and grew up in Brownsville, Texas. I received my Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from University of Texas San Antonio and my J.D. from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas. I received my LLM in Law and Economics from the University of Compultense in Madrid, Spain. Since graduating, I have focused my practice on serious injury and wrongful death cases related to trucking and auto accidents.
I am licensed to practice law in the State of Texas. I am a member of the Litigation Section of the American Bar Association and Dallas Bar Association. I am also a past chair in the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association.
Client Case Profile
In August of last year, I represented the driver (“J.M.”) of a vehicle that was t-boned by a commercial box truck. The driver of the truck was on his phone and ran a red light. J.M. was left in pain and without a vehicle. The insurance company attempted to force J.M. to sign away his rights by holding his property damage settlement hostage. J.M. was recommended to Rad Law Firm by a prior client. Within days, we helped J.M. secure his property damage check to fix his vehicle and helped J.M. get the medical attention he desperately needed. The client was forced to undergo back surgery as a result of the accident. The medical bills incurred in the case were over $340,000. I was able to conclude the case in pre-suit negotiations for over $800,000. J.M. received over $351,121.68 in his pocket. We do not hesitate to aggressively implement strategy from the beginning of a case to achieve maximum results.
