Andy Payne and Rad Law Firm Awarded Million Dollar Verdict

This afternoon, Andy Payne of Payne & Mitchell, Daryoush Toofanian and Manuel Green of Rad Law Firm took a verdict in Emily Tobolowsky’s court.

Our client, Michael Domin, was hit by gunfire in his backyard.  Plaintiff proved the shot came from Garland Public Shooting Range because of their lack of safety features such overhead baffles.  Below is a television new story on the case.

The paid medical was $112,000.  The jury returned a verdict with interest of over just over million.
