An 8-year-old boy is added to the four fatalities of a car crash earlier this week.

It was Monday morning when a car smashed into a parked bulldozer, instantly killing a 31-year-old woman and two children, ages 2 and 3. Later that day, a 5-year-old child died at the hospital, police said.

For three days, Abram Demers, 8, fought for his life at the University Hospital in San Antonio but suffered the same fate.

The driver, Larry William Demers, 35, is now in jail for charges of intoxication manslaughter, two of intoxication assault and a probation violation, with $420,000 total bonds. He had no lawyer listed on the online jail record.
