I pride myself on two things at this firm; my ability to take care of my client and what my client has to say about me and my team after his or her individual case has been taken care of. I will accomplish what my client needs in one of two ways: by negotiation or by trial. I am no stranger to either method. My team has resolved hundreds of cases successfully since we were put together by Mr. Allen Rad. I am so proud to say that we have been able to positively affect the lives of all of those people.
I began my career as a trial attorney; within my first month on the job I had already won a trial. But before that I went to undergrad at Baylor and attended law school at the Texas Wesleyan School of Law. I was quick to compete in any competition offered in both schools and won several.
I am educated in law, my client is not; the reason I make that point is this: Clients make final decisions at Rad Law Firm, not the lawyers. I gladly provide the discussion and explanation of law, value, and timing each of my clients needs to make a fully informed decision.
