Magdalena Avila Villalobos was born in El Paso, Texas. She speaks fluent Spanish. She graduated from Del Valle High School in El Paso, Texas in 1990. Ms. Villalobos obtained a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice from the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) in 1995, and then received her Juris Doctorate in 2001 from Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law.
Since entering the practice of law, Ms. Villalobos has successfully represented thousands of injured individuals as a litigation attorney for personal injury plaintiffs. She has recovered millions of dollars in damages, settlements, an/or awards for her clients.
