Daryoush Toofanian
Mr. Toofanian combines compassion for the plight of his clients with the philosophy that no case is too small or too big to try. He focuses his practice on the litigation of personal injury cases with a particular emphasis on commercial vehicle collisions and general negligence. He also handles products and premises liability cases. Mr. Toofanian has successfully tried jury cases in Dallas, Collin, Tarrant, and Denton Counties. He is licensed to practice in all Texas State Courts, and the Unites States Federal District Courts for the Northern, Western, and Eastern Districts.
