Brent S. Freefield

Brent S. Freefield graduated from the University of Texas with a degree in American Studies after being accepted into the Plan II honors academic program. He then attended law school at Oklahoma City University where he competed in the Mock Trial competition and received his Juris Doctorate in 1987.

Since graduating law school, Mr. Freefield has practiced personal injury litigation, representing plaintiffs while working for several prominent law firms in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. He successfully tried numerous cases to jury verdict and has obtained millions of dollars for his clients. Many of his cases have settled during litigation for an "undisclosed confidential amount" at the request of opposing counsel and their corporate clients, due to the significance of the recoveries involved.

Mr. Freefield is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, and Dallas Bar Association. He is licensed in all Texas courts and in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western Districts of Texas. He lives in Dallas.
