Personal Injury Lawyer Aaron A. Herbert
Born in Dallas, Texas, 1973, Mr. Herbert is a graduate of Lakeview Centennial High School, Garland, Texas, 1992. After high school, Mr. Herbert enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. After his Honorable Discharge, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Texas A&M University, 1999, and a J.D. from University of Oklahoma College of Law, 2002. During law school, Mr. Herbert clerked for Judge William Hetherington of the Cleveland County District Court, and interned for the law firm of Steve Stice & Associates in Norman, Oklahoma. He became licensed to practice law in Texas in 2002.
Mr. Herbert joined Rad Law Firm, P.C. in July of 2004. Prior to coming to work for Rad Law Firm, he worked for Bush & Motes, P.C. practicing in the areas of Construction Law and Real Estate Law, Insurance Defense, Business and Commercial Law, Civil Litigation and Civil Appeals. At Rad Law Firm, P.C. he is a personal injury litigation attorney. He has successfully tried dozens of personal injury jury trials to a verdict, and recovered millions of dollars for injured clients.
