I started my legal practice in 1992 with the understanding that I needed to deliver for my clients every single time.  I realized that clients expected honesty, delivery of promises made by the lawyer, hard work to deliver exceptional results, and communication to keep the clients informed.  Because of my focus on clients’ needs, the practice grew rapidly, and I am proud to state that throughout the past two decades, we have successfully represented thousands of clients in a variety of matters.  Client service has been my No. 1 priority in the practice of law, to the point that besides other duties at the firm, I also serve clients as the Rad Law Firm’s Client Service Representative.
